1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ckb44 platform, including the website at ckb44.pro, all associated games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ckb44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Service immediately and contact support to close your account.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with ckb44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckb44 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or a legal entity is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep such information current at all times.
• You may hold only one account on ckb44. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ckb44 or its affiliated entities.

ckb44 may, at its sole discretion, decline any application to open an account without providing a reason. ckb44 may also request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, including identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckb44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your ckb44 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ckb44 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported Bangladesh mobile banking channels. You must only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. ckb44 reserves the right to request proof of payment source in connection with any deposit and to delay or refuse a deposit where satisfactory documentation is not provided.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ckb44 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; in practice, bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within minutes during business hours. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps. ckb44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to authorising any withdrawal and to withhold funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckb44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Where a payment is received in a currency other than BDT due to a third-party processor conversion, ckb44 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Any exchange rate risk or conversion cost is borne by the player.

4Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ckb44. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including any pending withdrawals:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit any software bug, technical error, or promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to achieve outcomes on games of chance or skill.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether to circumvent account restrictions, abuse bonus offers, or for any other purpose.

ckb44 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ckb44 may take any or all of the remedial actions described above without prior notice. All decisions by ckb44 in this regard are final.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ckb44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by ckb44 are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms for each offer. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place total wagers of ৳20,000 using bonus funds before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players who have not previously held an account with ckb44. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Subsequent promotions are available to existing players subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. ckb44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time and without notice, provided that any existing wagering obligations already in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time they were incurred.

Bonus Abuse

ckb44 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to have exploited bonuses in a manner inconsistent with these Terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently suspended. ckb44's assessment of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.

6Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ckb44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ckb44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify ckb44 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your ckb44 account that you do not use for any other online service.
• ckb44 support staff will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from ckb44 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You agree that any bet or transaction placed through your account whilst logged in is valid, whether or not you personally placed that bet, unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to the transaction being placed.

ckb44 implements industry-standard technical security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure session management, and fraud detection systems. These measures are in addition to, and do not diminish, your own obligation to protect your account credentials.

7Responsible Gaming

ckb44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity and will assist any player who believes their gambling may be causing harm. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all players.

Self-Exclusion and Account Limits

Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. ckb44 will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access via all possible channels will be prevented. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by opening a new account.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account by contacting ckb44 support. Once a deposit limit is set, it will take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to allow time for reflection. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. ckb44 encourages all players to set deposit limits as part of a responsible approach to gaming.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ckb44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the selection and arrangement of all such material — is the property of ckb44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following restrictions apply to all users:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ckb44 platform without our prior written consent.
• You may not use any ckb44 trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names without our prior written permission.
• You may not use automated data collection tools (including scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to extract data from the ckb44 platform for any purpose.
• Game software made available through the ckb44 platform is licensed to ckb44 by third-party game providers. Your use of such games is subject to the terms of those licences in addition to these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckb44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if ckb44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ckb44 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ckb44 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Service, during which time any pending bets will be settled in accordance with ckb44's standard settlement rules once the platform is restored.

10Amendments to These Terms

ckb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ckb44 will provide notice to registered players via a notification on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ckb44 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by any amendment, you must immediately stop using the Service and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continuing to use the Service after an amendment without closing your account will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ckb44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible operation and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards, ckb44 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, ckb44 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals and to hold any pending withdrawal amounts in the account pending verification.

Data Retention

ckb44 retains player data for as long as the account remains active and for such period thereafter as may be required by applicable law or regulation, or as may be necessary to resolve any outstanding dispute. Players who wish to request deletion of their data should contact [email protected], subject to ckb44's legal obligations to retain certain data.

12Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ckb44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation, and closure requests in respect of such accounts may be deferred until the investigation is concluded.

ckb44 reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Where an account is closed by ckb44 without cause, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent conduct, ckb44 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

13Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the ckb44 Service, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected], describing the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible. ckb44 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days. Where a complaint relates to the outcome of a bet or game round, ckb44 may request the relevant game round reference number to assist with investigation.

All disputes regarding the outcome of any bet or game must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. ckb44 will not consider disputes raised outside this period. The records maintained by ckb44's platform systems shall be the definitive record of all transactions, game outcomes, and account activity for the purposes of resolving any dispute, unless a manifest technical error is demonstrated.

14Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and ckb44 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
